With more than 20 years of global corporate and nonprofit business experience with companies such as MCI, Hewlett-Packard, Bechtel, and Compassion International, and Focus on the Family. Ken has worked with executive leaders and their teams in the process of identifying and prioritizing efforts to optimize growth and impact, coaching individuals and teams in linking strategy to execution. His experience in over forty countries on five continents has given him additional insight into the cross-cultural challenges of multinational efforts.
Ken has a Masters in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary; is certified in Organizational Change Management, as well as Professional Coaching in the U.S. and Internationally.
For over a decade Ken worked for Focus on the Family in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Strategic Development and Senior Director of Global Services. Ken lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife and two children.
